Zauo is a restaurant where you can fish for your dinner. The large tanks contain between 8 and 10 different kinds of fish and seafood, including high-grade varieties such as sea bream, flounder, mackerel, lobster and abalone. Whatever you catch, you eat, prepared fresh in your choice of styles: raw as sushi or sashimi, or grilled, boiled or fried. From the boat-shaped seating area, you can hang up your fishing rod and watch the fish swim as you enjoy a meal in a very unusual but entertaining setting.
店内で釣りが楽しめる居酒屋。大きないけすには、常時8〜10種類の魚が用意され、中には鯛や平目、鯵、伊勢エビ、アワビといった高級魚も。釣った魚は、寿司や刺身、焼き魚、煮付け、唐揚げ、などのさまざまな調理法の中から好きなものを選び、新鮮な状態で味わうことができます。客席は船上にもあり、泳ぐ魚を眺めながら釣り竿を垂らしたり、食事を楽しめるエンターテイメント性溢れるお店です。
