The world-renowned Good Design Award is Japan’s representative design prize. This exhibition will introduce 2014’s award-winning works by designers and companies from Japan and overseas. From products to pieces of architecture, application and content software, urban developments and items on the theme of social contribution, a diverse collection of excellent works will be showcased. There will also be stage events hand-picked by designers, while some of the prize-winning items will be available to buy, allowing visitors to be touched by the power of design to keep society alive.
国際的にも広く知られている、日本を代表するデザインアワード、グッドデザイン賞。本展では、2014年に受賞した国内外の企業やデザイナーによる作品を一挙に紹介します。プロダクトをはじめ、建築、アプリケーションやコンテンツなどのソフトウェア、街づくりや社会貢献といったテーマに至るまで、多岐にわたる優れた作品が集結。さらにデザイナーを招いたステージイベントや、受賞作品の販売もあり、社会に息づくデザインの力に触れることができます。
