Born in the center of automobile manufacture – Toyota City in Aichi Prefecture – this is bar-tool brand BIRDY. In order to best bring out the flavors of the ingredients, the inner surfaces of these cocktail shakers and glasses have been polished down to the 0.1-micron level. With a form that fits snugly in the bartender’s hand, they bring a smooth harmony to every cocktail. Items made in collaboration with award-winning bartender Erik Lorincz, meanwhile, have been designed especially for use around the world, and are available under the brand name BIRDY. by Erik Lorincz.
