ARARE
あられ
The lacquer glass paperweight “Arare” was born after the meeting of Aizu paint from Fukushima with the glasswork craftsmen of “Edo Kiriko,” jewel-like cut glass. Lacquer is applied to the facets on the bottom of optical glass. Here, light reflects beautifully and a wonderful refraction occurs. Since the establishment of Hirota Glass in Meiji 32 (1899), it has dedicated its passion to the craftwork of glass. Hirota Glass has developed this item which allows you to enjoy Japanese traditional craftwork.
